Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • During high-volume periods such as holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - $5.99
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - $9.99
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days - $14.99

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7-14 business days - Rates vary by country
  • Express International: 3-7 business days - Rates vary by country

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Weather conditions, customs clearance, and other factors may affect delivery times.

Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $50
  • Free Express Shipping on all domestic orders over $100

International Orders

For our international customers:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • These charges are the buyer's responsibility and will be collected upon delivery.
  • Please check your country's customs policies before placing your order.

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

We proudly ship to military addresses. Please allow additional time for delivery to these locations.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • You can also track your order through your account on our website.
  • Please allow 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

RETURNS POLICY

Return Eligibility

  • You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened putty products cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at theluckyputty@gmail.com or through our contact form.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Our team will send you a return authorization and instructions.
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  5. Ship the return using the method specified in your return authorization.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Standard shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or type of Lucky Putty:

  1. Follow the return process above.
  2. Indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange.
  3. Specify which product you would like instead.
  4. We will process the exchange once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact customer service within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Include photos of the damage or defect when possible.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase, the recipient will receive store credit for the value of the return. The gift giver will be notified of the return but will not see the refund amount.

Holiday Extended Returns

For purchases made between November 1 and December 31, the return period is extended to January 31 of the following year.

Customized Products

Please note that customized or personalized Lucky Putty products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
